We offer free towing when you choose A & B Automotive LLC for your repair needs. This service is provided through our partnered towing company and applies only if the vehicle is brought to us for repairs. Location restrictions or service limitations may apply. 3. Pricing and Estimates
We are proud to offer some of the lowest prices in Port St. Lucie. All pricing provided through this website, over the phone, or in person is subject to change based on the actual condition of your vehicle upon inspection. If additional issues are discovered, we will contact you for approval before any extra work is performed.

4. Appointments and Cancellations
While walk-ins are welcome when possible, we recommend scheduling appointments in advance to ensure prompt service. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us notice as early as possible. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in limited booking availability in the future.

Return and Refund Policy

At A & B Automotive LLC, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We take pride in our work and strive to ensure every service and part meets the highest standards. This Return & Refund Policy explains our approach to service issues, parts returns, and refund eligibility.

1. Services Rendered
All completed and approved services are final. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of the repair. If the issue is determined to be related to our workmanship, we will correct the problem at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds for diagnostic fees or labor already completed.

2. Parts Returns

New, Unused Parts: Parts that have not been installed and are still in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days, subject to supplier approval and a possible restocking fee.
Special Orders: Custom or special-order parts are non-refundable, unless they are defective.
Used Parts: All used parts are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or refund, unless a warranty was explicitly provided at the time of sale.

3. Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

A repair or part was paid for in advance and canceled before any labor or part ordering began. Canceling within 24 hours of appointment time can result in loss of 20% of whatever funds were put down.
A part ordered in advance becomes unavailable, discontinued, or backordered beyond a reasonable time.
A rare case where an issue cannot be resolved through repair or warranty work, and a refund is approved by management.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Diagnostic fees (these cover time and labor, not parts)
Completed labor where the issue was addressed as agreed
Parts that have been installed or used

All refunds are issued via the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to process.

4. Warranty Work
We may offer limited warranties on certain repairs and parts, depending on manufacturer and service type. If a repair is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the defective part at no cost to you within the warranty period.

Warranty coverage will be discussed and documented at the time of service.
